My glass looks different from the picture. Why is that?
How do I care for my glass or tumbler?
All glasses and tumblers are hand-wash only! Please do not use any abrassive sponges or scrubbers as this may cause the design to wear off. We will not accept returns due to improper washing.
What are my payment options?

How to track my order?

Based on the amount of orders during busier seasons, this could 2-3 weeks before shipment.
Once your item is ready, we’ll ship it out promptly, and you will receive tracking information to keep an eye on your delivery. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
